91 regal stalling issues

91, Regal 3.8L Vin 'L' V6, 80K miles. I purchased this vehicle with a constant code 41 on the check engine light. (cam shaft sensor) I listened to other threads and changed the crank sensor, which helped alot the stalls are very few and far between. But every now and again I will get an occasional stall when slowing to a stop either at intersections, turning lanes, and neighborhood stop signs. One night it stalled mid way into a U-turn and my battery died on me, so i was stuck in the middle of the road covering two lanes around midnight. I dont want to have to put myself in these dangerous situations, any advice on what else to do...will switching the cam shaft sensor solve this issue once and for all?
