Mitsubishi Starion Turbo "Renç Koçibey "

Hi guys;
Fujimi 1/24 Mitsubishi Starion Turbo

Renc Kocibey,who was born in 1942 in istanbul,then he moved to france and lived there,he was known his special bysiclein france where he lived.then he returned to istanbul in his youth for high school education,he studied at Saint Joseph and graduated.
in his youth he was known in his envirioment by his ducati motorbike,kocibey who then interested with rally,who won the Trakya rally in 1968.it was first rally in Turkey,Kocibey who won a rally with his murat123 in 1976.when he was racing with Tofas rally group he was successfull with his great engine murat 131,in 1976 he was again victory of Turkey rally with his ford escort,he was known especialy driving his car up to down so faster by his cars,and also driving them very good in bad weather and unsafe condition,he won Balkans rally in 1984,.
he was the best mitsubishe pilot in 1988,so then he did race the Paris-Dakar Rally twice.lasty he was was raced for renault team,he was traning for uphill claming race,he was also working for renault 11 it was pushing from behind car project.when he was controling road before the race near the izmit he died after a trajic trafic accident.
after his death there has been some organization name of him and races in the name of kocibey.he had a great role for establishment and developing of ISOK..there has been some seminars for name of kocibey to alive his name forever,in that seminers so many young pilots have been teaching.

Another great build from you.

The interior looks very spartan though. But that's not a surprise as this is a roadcar...
But there are some ejector pin marks very visible (especially picture 16). But I suppose that you won't see them anymore now the model is completed.

Anyway, a nice and refreshingly different build.

Very clean & neat work, nicely done, some panel lines might enhance it further.
