Angry 93 GEO TRacker Radio Question

I bought a used 93 Tracker and naturally it didn't have a user's manual. There are two buttons on the radio that I'm not sure what they are for or how to use them. One is the Radio Mntr. button and the other is the Preset Scan button. Can someone advie me of funtions and use? Also on the preset scan button, do you select what it's going to scan yourself? If so how do you do it?

Thanks,
Bill
