i think my car is in security lockout

Hello
I have a 95 monte carlo 3.1 i went to start the car when i turned the key nothing no starter no fuel there's a security light flashing consantly on the dash reading here people are saying could be a security lockout is there an easy way to disable this.

Any help would be grateful

Try this to make sure it is the security system. Crank the car for 2 seconds and release the key so it returns to the run position. Wait about 10 minutes and the security light should go out. Turn the key back to crank and it should fire up. You will have to get a key and tumbler from the dealer to take care of the problem. I have bypassed many cars but dont recomend it because it is kinda complicated.
