Question on the Loctite GTR.

Is the red color part of the Tamiya Loctite JGTC R34 decal? or I need to paint them red. I'm planning to get that kit but 1999.co.jp doesn't have picture for the decal. Thanks.

Shoot-from-the-hip-guess would be Flourescent Red. Couldn't really say, though, w/out seeing them in person.

For example, I thought all the Castrol reds and greens were the same, until I got my Castrol NSX decals next to my buddy's Castrol Supra's. His red is like Italian Red, while mine is definately Flourescent Red...

edit: wait... did i totally answer the wrong question? :o

The red parts are included on the decal sheet, but it is a bit of a fiddle to get the decals to fit the nose contours and the bonnet vents.
IIRC there are spare decals in case you prefer to paint the red parts yourself.
The red on the decals is very close to the TS-49 Tamiya spray can color.

HTH,

The red is TS-49 Bright red, is the same. The decals look alot more work than mask and spray, all you have to do is find those red decals who make a curve, and do a template on a masking tape, and you are ready to spray.
