Oxygen Sensor Light for 86 Nissan Pickup
Believe it or not, my 1986 one owner Nissan 720 pickup has just hit 100,000 miles. When the odometer roller over, the oxygen sensor light came on to remind me it was finally time to change the oxygen sensor again. Unfortunately this time, I have misplaced my repair manual and cannot for the life of me remember exactly how to turn off the silly light. I know I have to do something with the wires connected to the module under the driver's seat, but that's about all I can recall. Any help on this one would be greatly appreciated.

Re: Oxygen Sensor Light for 86 Nissan Pickup
you do not turn the light off .. the computer does when it receives the right signal.
you can try to remove the batt cable for 5 minutes or so.
