how do i change i cannot even get fan clutch off this would be a great start thanks

They make a special tool to grip 2 of the fan bolt to hold it in place while removing the fan. Most mechanics use an air hammer with a long chisel hooked to it and hammer it off counter-clockwise.

there's a special tool for that, matco sells it. pep boyz and autozone may loan it out too. You will also need a crankshaft damper puller/installer to remove it.
