Question 01 2.2 OBD II Problem.

Hey all. MIL came on, I tried to run a diagnostic with my scan tool, but the test plug isnt lighting up the tool... tried the tool at autozone, same BS. i know some vehicles have a fuse but i cant find one for it in the underhood block or the interior block.

the mounts and wiring on the computer look good, i think.

any input? where's the fuse? is there a relay? the truck sat for a couple months in the snow, the test port worked fine in february and only moved 50 feet between now and then.

oh, by the way, it runs like a top...

i am totally baffled.

Re: 01 2.2 OBD II Problem.

Does the cigar/cig. lighter work?
Check the cigar lighter fuse in the in cab I/P fuse box.
If that does not do it take a test light to all fuses and check for 12 volts on both sides.
