ignition fuse keep blowing. dodge stratus 2.4..

There are some messages on the same problem. Thanks.
But my mechanic convinced that starter is very good. It runs as champ..
I will clean the wires underneath fuse box..

Any other suggestions... HELP.. I tired to buy fuses in order to drive...
