Dent repair issue

My equinox has a dent on the rear passenger side wheel well. The dent is partially on the rear bumper and some is on the body above the bumper. The repair shop says they cannot fix it because it is in an area they cannot reach. Is there another way to fix it? If not, anyone by chance know how much a new rear bumper is?
