92 Acclaim Radiator Fan

Radiator fan does't work.
I checked fan motor and it is ok.
Where is fan motor relay located , and how to tested?
Any idea what's wrong ?

HELLO, does it run with ac on??not sure where its located maybe off the thermostat housing but ck. engine temp sensor.GOOD LUCK

I should add more info. to help to solve the problem.
AC system system doesn't work since late last summer ( probably low ref. pressure due leak ).
Over last winter on few occasions rad fan kept running even after removing keys from ignition. It stooped running after hitting suspected fan relay ( two on side of left strut well ) or if that did not work disconnecting motor fan.
