1996 GrandAM 3.1L SE Emergency/Harzadous light won't come on

I have a 1996 GrandAM 3.1L SE 115,000 miles registered Emergency/Harzadous light won't come on when its switch is on position. Is it a fuse blown? I love this car-very good mileage. And this is the first trouble I've encountered. Any help is a big help. Thanks.

Welcome to AF!

I don't think it is a blown fuse, I remember the hazard and turn signal being on the same fuse, but check them anyway. I belive there is a seperate flasher for the hazards, when there is, that is the most common failure. If there's no power to the flasher, check for power in and out of the switch.
