Question 98 GMC Injector update kit

I have searched the fourms to no avail.
First of all I have a 1998 GMC 1500 2WD with a 305 and 4L60E.
I have heard there is a fuel injector update kit that includes the injectors, fuel spider, and the block the fuel lines connect to (sorry I don't know the name).
Is there such a thing? my pickup idles rough only when in gear, no service engine soon lite.
I need to replace the heads on it and thought I would do this at the same time but I can not find any info on it.

Thanks A.J.

Updated spider: http://198.208.187.182/internet/Part...rtnbr=217-3029 (AC Delco 217-3029).

You can get brand new L31 Vortec Heads from any gm performance parts dealer or on www.summitracing.com (and others).
