Power Window HELP!

The lady's father 200 Dodge Caravan Power Window Passanger side died! So like I a good guy I can't volunteered! Grrrr! to fix it! Well be bought a bone yard part for 50 bucks! ( I could have got him a new one $60.00 plus tax) Well the bone yard POS! The motor worked but the nylon glide was cracked. I am now trying 2 make one good out of one bad! So needless to say the drum unspooled! How the H*LL! do you get it all back together and working?

I a m guessing you have to take the regulator back out some how wind the cable back put it back on the motor and then mount everything back on and pray!

Any help would be more then appreciated!
