Engine identification

Hi,

Further to my last thread which hasnt borne much fruit, I wonder if anyone could help me in identifying an engine number. It is GSE 110 6E 148 398. The block is painted gold.

Also a VIN; CZJ 706. Its on an Austin Morris plate but they did not make any such numbers in their factory...?

There must be someone who knows something about these numbers!

OK I have determined it is a Goldseal replacement engine, is there any way of dating it? Any ideas on the chassis?
