help short in dome lights
 lights come on when they feel like it causing battery to go dead.I have removed the lights and it still drains the battery. any help would be appriciated 1995 eldorado

Sounds like it might be the RAP (Retained Accessory Power) module. This is the gizzy that lets the radio work for ten minutes after turning the key off or until you open the door.
