Headlights and foglights
What do ya'll think are the best headlights and fog lights for the 97-03 Grand Prix? I've been looking at close to hundreds of light
. Is there a certain wattage that is the best? I know stock the headlights are 55/65 watt and the fogs are 37.5 watt. I thought about bumping them up some but wasn't sure how much the wiring harness could handle without having to upgrade the harness itself. Any thoughts?

Re: Headlights and foglights
I know that the grand prix and the bonnies are two different cars but i went up in the fog light department and that fried after 2 years and ended the car by shorting the ground in the main harness for a groung bus and taking out fuel pump windows locks ect.
Who would of thought some thing that dumb would stop a car with 280,000.

Re: Headlights and foglights
Higher wattage bulbs are a bad idea. They draw more power and create more heat, which can damage both the wiring and lamp assemblies. They are also illegal in many states due to the fact that they allow more stray light which can blind (not permanently of course) oncoming drivers as they pass you. I'm very happy with my Silvania Silverstar Ultra's.
