96 Voyager
Tranny was rebuilt and now about 50,000 miles later it is whining really bad and 3rd gear driving does not hardly engage unless at 60 miles per hour.
Will a filter change help or is this thing toasted? |

From what I have read on these tranny's it appears the govenior for one is sticking usually from part or parts internally failing with the particals causing the govenor to operate improperly. The whining I do not know, maybe Kmanic can elaborate. Hope this helps |

Changing the filter tonight. Really cannot afford the $925.00 rebuilt to put in it. I am thinking it is clogged, it has been over 75-80 miles since I last changed it. Paul |
