Lights problem

I have a 94 Mercury Cougar and only half of the dashboard lights up, also the shifting console light is gone. Does anyone know how to replace these bulbs?

Yoy will need to remove the instrument cluster to change the bulbs. Not a very easy job and you also have to be careful with it.

The console cover should come off somehow to change the indicator bulb.
