Satellite Radio

I own a 2005 Impreza WRX and I want to add satellite radio. Does a radio from a 2006/2007 Impreza with satellite radio bolt right up and connect to my 2005 Impreza?

Thanks

Re: Satellite Radio

Since I've heard that all radios from '02 - '07 are plug-n-play with my '00 car, I'd assume that they'd all be plug-n-play with each other.

Here's a decent way to check. Go to any audio equipment installer and ask about the adapter to plug an alpine deck into your '05 harness. Then ask for the same part to plug into your '07 WRX harness. If it's the same part, it's the same plug through the years.

Re: Satellite Radio

The '06 Impreza never came with satellite radio.
