O2 sensor wiring?

96 cherokee sport 4.0

Somehow the wiring harness got ripped of between the tcase and the downstream O2 sensor.What i have left is 2 wires,white and black on the sensor(is there supposed to be 4?) and 4 wires comming from the tcase ,from the speed sensor i think?Anybody know what wires conect?And where the other 2 wires go if the 02 sensor is only supposed to have 2?

*Early models use two wire sensors
*late models use four, the other two are a heater circuit for quicker warm up

Just get a new one for your year.
No, I don't think the wires come from the speed sensor.

thanks for the response, what i meant was there are 4 wires hanging from where the harnes broke just past the speed sensor on the tcase.The wires are gone from there back to the 02 so i have no conector left on the harness or the 02 thats why i am trying to figure out if i can just hard wire it back together

You know, I might be wrong about the wires out of the sensor. My information shows a single wire non-heated sensor for that year.
