Need Help with DECALS

Hello,

I am building the Tamiya Benetton B192 right now and I need help with the decals. How do you cut the mobile one that goes on the cowl. How would I cut that?

Thanks

Zubski

Any pictures of what you mean? That would help to give some advice... Show us the problem and we´ll be glad to help!

Re: Need Help with DECALS

Put the cowl and the monocoque together on your work bench and use a little tape to secure them so they won't come apart.Apply the Mobil 1 decal in the correct position and allow to dry so that it won't move. When it is dry it will be quite tight across the gap between the 2 panels. This is the time to use a very fine bladed craft knife and carefully cut along the panel line to split the decal in two.Once you have done this remove the tape, separate the two body parts and apply some microsol to the edges of the cut decal. It should work perfectly!!! Good luck.
