Angry Headlight problems 2002 Ram 2500 Diesel

My 02 Ram started having problems with the headlights. It's equipped with four headlights bulbs from the factory, two low and two high beams. It also has two factory axu. lights mounted below the headlights.

For some reason my low beams stopped working. I've checke the bulbs they are still good. The high beams work but not the way they should. When I turn on the high beams, all four bulbs come on. It should just be the high beams that come on and not the low beams. The aux. lights do turn off like that are suppose to when the high beams are turned on. The aux. lights are working when the low beams or on; just not the low beam bulbs.

Any help would be great!
