OK Help Please!!!
So, for the bolt under the center cap, i have no tool cant get one either. So the question is how could i get the funny looking bolt out??? This is on a 1983 caprice.

I know there is another recent thread talking about this issue as well. i remember someone saying you can get the special type of key tool at a junkyard to remove them.

I used a good pair of needle nose pliers... but yeah, check out the glove boxes of other Caprice's or similar cars and you'll come across the GM center bolt key for the hubcaps.

when i got my 88LS i had to replace the tires but didnt have the tool to remove the caps. i finally tried a flathead screw driver. if you get the right size it will fit in the bolt well enough to unscrew and then just replace them with regular bolts
