Brake Job Problems

I changed the front pads on my 1998 Malibu. Now the brake pedal goes to the floor. I bled the brakes and nothing. I found that no fluid was getting to one of the calipers so I took the line off at the ABS module and when the pedal was pumped, nothing came out. I'm wondering if the module is bad, or if the master cylinder went out. Anyone ever had a problem like this?

check the flex line just before the line connects to the caliper sometimes they collapse on the inside and wont allow fluid through...also ive heard that some people have trouble with their brake booster...
