Crankshaft Sensor Location Diagram
My 88 Grand Prix, 2.8L, 100k miles, won't start. It was hesitating during acceleration. Now there is no spark, but there is fuel. I want to check the Crankshaft Sensor, I just can't find it. Both Haynes, and Chilton Manuals, do not show it for my year and model. Is there a engine diagram, or photo somewhere to help me find it?

Re: Crankshaft Sensor Location Diagram
Welcome to AF.
Sorry no diagram or pic that I know of. However, the crank position sensor for the 2.8L should be located at the center of rear engine area (rear bank) below the exhaust manifold mounted in the center of the engine block. You'll see the wiring harness to it.
