'97 Altima Q....
I was wonderin what would make an altima GXE rev up and down when you turn the headlights on or off plus theres a poppin sound if i turn left and excelerate at the same time any help??????????

Sounds like your charging system isn't doing too good. (Alternator/battery/fuses.) AS far as the poppin noise, sounds like it is probaly your cv axle being busted.
