Grand Am 2.4 Headers
Im thinking about putting a stainless header on my 2.4 grand am. The only headers that I can find are for the cavaliers, Would they work? Also would they help with power and would it sound better than stock? Thanks

Re: Grand Am 2.4 Headers
try andysautosport.com i know they got the pacestter headers for the 2.4L the one for the cavalier should work im pretty sure they both have the same engine. and for performance exhaust and headers is definetly the best bet to go because it frees up so much air flow, and yes it will sound better than stock

Re: Grand Am 2.4 Headers
I would be leary of buying anything from andysautosport.com !! A year or so ago thier was some users having problems getting thier orders and getting a hold of someoen at andysautosport.
These sites sell the 2.4 headers, realy cheap compared to the $800 for the V6 headers. Plus fleabay has some headers for the 4 cyl pretty cheap. http://partsforyourcar.com http://www.z-spec.com/catalog Ps- if you look in the OEM/Performance parts thread you will find 100's of links for parts. Pss- headers are model specific, cavys may not work due to component location differances.
