hey everyone, here the problem, driving home from work and my car suddenly sputters and almost stalls, revs back up and after that any gear you drive in at certain speeds it sputters and loses power. in every gear going slow or fast ? is the headgasket gone or have i cooked a piston seal or ring ? please help

There's so many things that could be, I couldn't cover
them all on here. Anything from a dirty fuel filter to a dirty injector. Does it miss at idle? If so, pull one plug wire at a time until you find the cylinder that's missing. (The bad one won't make a difference.) Then you'll have to determine if it's a fuel or spark problem.
