gauge cluster and no power

i have a 06 stratus 4 cyl. that the gauge cluster completely quit working. once in a while it will work again for maybe a day or two. then goes back to not working nothing works on it. Checked all the fuses for it and they are all good. as for the no power it seems like it just wont go i dont know if it is running in limp mode but that is what it seems like and all these problems started happening at the same time. Tryed pulling codes on it and there is no codes showing. Any help would be greatly appreciated as to what these problems might be.
