98 jimmy climat control problem

this is my first post, i will try and be as specific as possible, greatful for any help. my daughters 98 jimmy stalled on the highway and wouldn't restart, cranked but would not fire, noticed no bulb check or gauges when in run, diconected then reconected battery and everthing worked. got it home, next day wouldn't start, looked on fourms and seemed to fit ign switch problem, ordered switch from rock auto, 59.90 shipped, ac delco part, installed, problem fixed, great, iam a hero in my daughters eyes. now the automatic climate control only blows heat, in auto and manual, floor vent defrost all changes just fine, recirc works, heck even the ac comp cylcles when the temp is in the cold range, is there some sort reset procedure for the temp door, where is the temp door, i dont see it behind the glove box. i know this is long winded but i am just trying to cover all the bases. thanks in advance

Re: 98 jimmy climat control problem

The reset is key off remove RDO/BATT fuse for a minute.
Put it back in and turn key on and yoiu should hear it do it thing.
If all is working well it should be ready to go.
The motor is top right side of hac/heater box.
If you want to see it.
Remove glove box to see it.
Up in the how to sections there is a how to on it that has some good pictures of it.
