90 isuzu pickup fender

I have a 90 isuzu pickup and i am trying to take off the fender on the driver side i have took off the top bolts and the door jam bolts and the one by the bumper but there is one in the middle on the back side how do you get that one off any one have any suggetstions

you have to pop off the little kick panel on on the bottom of the wall and unscrew the ecu from the wall and through one of the holes youll find the screw for the fender
