Acura TL or Lexus E350?

I think this question has probably been asked numerous times. But the number (price) has changed a lot recently. So here is my current situation:

We are wavering between Acura TL or Lexus ES350. We like either of them (my wife feels TL looks better from outside.) But it seems Lexus ES350 is more a family sedan vs. TL a sports sedan. ES350 also feels like a lot quieter and more luxurous inside. And we are in early 40s with kids, so not exactly the young-and-restless-type sports sedan fan. So no question that we will go with ES350 IF the prices are comparable.

But here is the hard part. On CarsDirect.com, a fully-equipped TL is about $31k (with Nav included), and similar configured one of ES350 costs north of $38k. For those have the experience of TL and ES350, do you think it worths 7k to go with ES350, and what's your experiece with them? Thanks.
