Midnight Snack!

Just thought I would get a snack before I went to bed. Snack of choice is a bowl of Corn Chex and some of those frosted animal cookies.

Whats your midnight snack of choice?

Re: Midnight Snack!

I usually have a cup of yogurt around this time if I don't snack with the kids before putting them to bed.

Re: Midnight Snack!

Um...I hope it's doing good without me. I'm taking time off right now (I think that's what all college dropouts say at first...)

Moving to England and Norway for like, a year or so and then coming back here to finish school. How are you? And all the rest of AF? I haven't been on here in forever.

Last night when I got home from a 9 hour pub shift at like 5:30am I had a wrap with just chese and heaps of sliced smoked ham, toasted. I couldn't find the tomatos or lettuce though.

I normally don't eat before bed, I'll have a protein milk drink if I do though. Isn't eating before sleep bad for you?

Re: Midnight Snack!

I think it makes it hard to burn all the calories you intake, so you store them as fat? just assuming anyways.
