It's SHOCKING!!! Everytime I exit my 95 Eagle Vision

I have a 95 Eagle Vision and everytime I stop the car and get out, as soon as I touch the car door to shut it I get ZAPPED!!! I just thought it was my clothes building up static but my wife gets it too if she's the first one out.

What could this be??
