1995 Cutlass Supreme Need Help

i was driving my car today and it died. i try to start but nothing i get this sound like its chocking or something and doesn't start what could be wrong Ive replaced the fuel filter and spark plug and wires and wire that went from the engine to the distributor box which was burnt but now all the sudden its stalled and wont start

i couldnt find my other terad when i start the car it makes a choking sound like its a crabrator car
