2003 Tahoe climate control back light out

A light that illuminates behind the climate control levers is out. Is it a "big" deal/job to replace and anybody have the necessary steps to take to replace it----dash removal, etc? Thanks for any help you guys can give.

I have read on here before you can solder in new bulbs. Radio Shack p/n 7219 micro lamps. Should not be that hard. I have not done it myself, but I do have some lights out so I should get on it.

Thanks. I did look at the dash and I see the trim piece pops out and then I should have a better view at the climate controls and radio. At least 1 side of the hot/cold indicator still lights up. Will keep you posted.
