I have a 98 GT that when you accelerate it pulls real hard to the left, then when you let off the accelerator it pulls back to the right real hard. It feels like when the engine torques it pulls the car, but I know the engine sits sideways so I can't figure out why it pulls so hard. I'm thinking front struts, but I don't how to diagnose this problem. Anybody have any ideas?
Thanks. |

Re: '98 GT pulls to the left and then to the right
Best thing to do is get an wheel alignment done. However torque steer on FWD cars is common and normal.
And welcome to AF.
