CVMS to be sponsor at Pontiacs In The Park, '08

CVMS is proud to announce that we are an official sponsor for Pontiacs In The Park at Virginia Motorsports Park (30 miles South of Richmond) the last weekend in May, this year.

We will be offering a $250 prize for the quickest ET in competition (not time trials or T&T) for any Pontiac equipped with TriPower. The only rules are, Pontiac engine and Rochester carbs. None of those BG things...

Anyone within reasonable distance is invited to see the second-largest Pontiac gathering each year. We started 5 years ago, and have rapidly become #2, with #1 (TriPower Nationals at Norwalk, Ohio) firmly in "sight"!

If you have never seen two old GTOs do a 3' wheelstand and go 9.0s side-by-side, it's a sight to behold! There will be some monster cars there, too, some well into the 6s over 200 MPH. No Chevy engines allowed!
