1995 PA Seat Control/Window Lights

Hi folks, I was wondering what the procedure would be to make the power seat and the window switch light again with the interior lights. Is there a little bulb that needs to be soldered in or is it electrluminescent? If it is not repariable where could you obtain new switches. Thanks for your help
