Audi Quattro Tamiya
Started on a Tamiya Audi Quattro. It was supposed to be a quick build in order get some time away from my F40 and to actually finish something..
Well, the project hit a snag pretty early when the Tamiya decals caused me some major problems... They must be too old or something, because they just cracked and curled in the edges. Luckily I had some revell Audi Quattro decals left, and they worked much better, but the bodu will never be 100% so I decided to make this a dirty rally car to hide some imperfections ![]() My first real weathering job. Here are some pics of the (dusty..) engine bay which I finished today. Enjoy. ![]() ![]()

Re: Audi Quattro Tamiya
Interesting project, I never know that the engine bay is only showing the top part. I've been wanting this kit for a while now.

Re: Audi Quattro Tamiya
Good to see another WIP from you Martin!
Nice job on the weathering. The effect around the damper fixings is great. (I have never seen a Quatro junker before )
