Do RS9000XL (RS999214) fit non-lifted 98+ rodeo's

yes I know it may be overkill for non lifted non heavy off road use but I figure why not if i got the money to get them now and it looks like they got the 3 get 1 free deal going on right now, if I'm looking at the right shock ad's correctly!!!!!!!!
I believe the new style shocks have a bigger bore size.....
anybody have them on non lifed rodeo's......

Re: Do RS9000XL (RS999214) fit non-lifted 98+ rodeo's

The 99214 would be the size for the front and would be the same if there is a lift or not. The front shocks use the same size. 99136 also works on the front with some trimming of the shock bushings. I dont know what ones the rear would use for non lifted.

If the diameter is larger you might run into some issues of the front sway bar rubbing on them. I have the older 9000x and they dont rub but its kinda close. You would also need to pay close attention to the rear shocks and probably shim them out. I had to use 2 1/2" washers behind the lower mounts on my rear 9000x or they would rub on the axle mount.
