Desperately need opinion for new car

I need a car that is reliable and will last me a minimum of 6 or 7 years.

Here's the deal. I'm way into american muscle cars. However, it's really hard to find a car that has good handling, driveability, comfort, and power at a decent price (under 30k, preferably under 25k). I like to be in control but be comfortable at the same time.

a few things that i would really like:
- 2 door
- manual tranny
- V8
- muscle car
- and of course... performance, handling, driveability, comfort, and power

I had my eye on the 08 gt500... amazing but its too expensive for what it offers. My brother was suggesting a subaru wrx, pontiac gto, mitsubishi evo, or a used bmw... but i wasnt really into it.

HELP! any suggestions? ideas?
