Hazard Lights

Just a quick question! The indicators on my car work fine (Clio MK2 2002), but when pressing the hazard button above the radio.. nothing happens. Any ideas?

Also, my gear stick is lift reverse and I wish to change it, if I get a new gear knob I don't think I get the "lift" bit. What's this called and where can I get one?

I also have the some problem can anybody shed some light on the problem
the indicators work ok thought this would be on same circuit???
