96 Cavalier instrument cluster issue.

Hello everyone, need some help here. Just recently bought this 96 Z24 with a bad engine,replaced engine now thats fine. Heres the problem when I turn the key on all the warning lights come on. When engine cranks the check engine light goes like it is supposed to, but the rest stay on. The tach doesn't work, no temp gauge reading, no turn signals, but the dash lights work. The emergency flashers work, and make the green arows light up. Anybody have any suggestions. I can pull the fuse and the dash goes dead. So the fuse is okay. Let me know of anything else I can try that I may have missed. Thanks
