Help my cousin out....... Vtec !!
make every thing short, he own 01 honda prelude manual, recently he been add alot brake fluid lately because the clutch have no pressure, but when he add enough fluid the clutch have pressure, any way today he driving and he put on first then the rmp moving up to 3-4k and the car speed is like 1 mph, its moving but very very slow turtle can beat him, unless he ran over the turtle
 , the clutch have pressure, is this tranny or clutch ?

Sounds like the clutch is slipping, and maybe he has a leak in his hydrolic system also.
