Is it worth to buy Chilton?

Hello,

I have 2002 Saturn SL2. I am planning to learn about repairs for my cars. Is Chilton book worth $20?

Re: Is it worth to buy Chilton?

Try eBay. You might be able to pick up a Factory Service Manual for your car quite cheaply. I've purchased the Factory Service manuals for many of my vehicles from eBay for less than what a Chilton costs brand new. If you can't find a manual for your specific vehicle, then you might be able to get a Chilton or Haynes manual cheaper than most sites that offer them on the web.

Autozone.com may have the repair info you're after.

I picked up the factory chassis and electrical manuals for my Toronado for 20$ and 5$ shipped to my door on ebay. I'd give it a look.

Try this link:http://www.automotiveforums.com/vbul...d.php?t=890909.
This member has been posting this link in some of the forums, for free online service manuals. He gives the code to enter to gain access. I haven't tried it but others have with success.
