Yes the bearing needs to be pressed in and out. Find a machine shop. They will have one and at most should cost $20. Bring the inner and outer seals as well and they will put those in too.

Well i ordered my front wheel bearing today. But i don't know if i should order the seals too? IF i should order the seals, should i order the inner and the outer or just one of them?

Yes replace both seals while your in there.
