growling noise when applied brakes rodeo2004
When I apply the brakes at a stop sign at very low speed, there is growling noise coming from the brakes.
It has been going on for months. I looked at the calipers and everything. Pads are still thick. Nothing is out of the ordinary. what could it be?

Did you check both inside and outside pads and the inside of the rotor on all four wheels? Chances are, the inside pad on one or more wheels is down to the metal.

no bolts are loose. nothing that I can see wrong at all. It's not that kind of "worn to metal" kind of noise. It's more like rumbling and shaking at the same time and then it went away for couple days. Then suddely it just happenned again.

The only other thing I can think of is a warped rotor.

That's why I don't think it's a warped rotor either. I feel nothing at all except the rumbling and a small amount of shaking.
