HELP 89 LTC window
Hi guys its Bryan again... On my 89 LTC, the widows motors work but the window stays still. I know about the 3 plastic gears and attempted to fix this. I hammered out the rivets and brung up the motor and took out the 3 screws. I accidently moved the switch when the motor was back on the regulator. Now the problem that I am having is I have all the wheels in track, and the motor in place, but I cannot get the motor to swing back to the left far enough so I can bolt it back into place. There is a long bolt and nut above the motor, does this controll the tension on the sping and I need to loosen it up to put it back into place then retighten? Any and all help would be great....
Bryan

Re: HELP 89 LTC window
I haven't fooled with that older style window regulator.

Re: HELP 89 LTC window
You might want to use a drill motor next time, choose a drill bit the size
of the core rivet. Than you can pop them out with less damage. MCGIVER |
